PROCESSING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

PROCESSING:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days depending on the size of the order. All attempts are made to process orders in a timely manor, but at peak times wait times may be longer.  PLEASE NOTE:  if you require quick processing, then please add a Rush Order to cart. 

DELIVERY:

We use one of the leading couriers in the country to offer you quick, trackable delivery to anywhere in the UK. 

We are able to safely ship your items to you or your client at competitive prices. 

The only down side, is that we are limited to 3m lengths, so if you are looking to include shipping in your quote, please advise what length you would like your trim cut into. (standard cuts are made at 3m)

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our business, all products are produced on an adhoc basis. Meaning when we say bespoke items, they really are. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a fault.
